Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at team@shorelinelifts.com or call (888) 555-3625 before shipping any product back.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items, depending on the product and manufacturer. Small accessories under $200 are exempt from restocking fees.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please photograph any damage for our records.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-ordered products, installed products, and products that have been used in water are not eligible for return.
