Shoreline Lifts offers free shipping on all orders over $2,500 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Shipping Methods
Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders ship via freight carrier (LTL). Smaller accessories may ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Freight deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. Total estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days from the date of order.
Freight Delivery
Freight shipments are delivered curbside. The driver will bring the shipment to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point. Liftgate service is included when available. You are responsible for moving the product from the delivery point to your waterfront.
Inspection
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at (888) 555-3625 or team@shorelinelifts.com.
